Parking
At Supernova Bacău, you have access to an underground parking with 725 parking spaces, designed to provide quick and convenient access to the shopping center.
Opening hours
07:00 – 22:00 – Access for shopping center customers.
Parking fees
• The first 3 hours of parking are free. If you leave the shopping center's parking within the 3-hour free period, you do not need to validate your parking ticket at a payment machine before exiting.
• 5 LEI per hour after the free 3-hour period.
• The parking fee is charged per full hour, with no partial-hour billing.
• After payment, you have a 15-minute grace period to exit the parking garage. Exceeding this period will result in an additional full hour being charged.
• If you return on the same day, you are eligible for another 3 hours of free parking, provided you re-enter at least 60 minutes after your previous exit.
Parking access
Access to the parking garage is granted by taking a parking ticket at the entrance.
Payment methods
Payment can be made at the payment machines located near the exits by the travelators.
Accepted payment methods:
• Bank cards (including contactless)
• Banknotes up to 50 LEI (50 LEI banknotes are accepted only for payments of 40 LEI or more)
Coins are not accepted.
Facilities for people with disabilities
Holders of a disability identification card are entitled to free parking in the designated accessible parking spaces. To validate the free parking, the parking ticket must be presented together with the disability identification card at the Supernova Bacău Control Room (Dispecerat).
Useful information
•The maximum speed limit in the parking garage is 10 km/h.
•The maximum vehicle height is 2.00 m.
•Vehicles equipped with LPG (GPL) systems are not permitted to enter the underground parking garage.

Fast and convenient banking and financial services
In Supernova Bacău Shopping Center visitors will find two ATMs for cash withdrawal: BCR and Euronet. Using these ATMs is simple and fast, and visitors can perform transactions at any time of the day. In addition, there are also two currency exchange locations, Credit Amanet and Avangard, within the shopping center. The friendly and well-trained staff in these currency exchange locations provide support and assistance to customers, ensuring that they receive the best services.
At Supernova Bacău, you can also find a Zebra Pay terminal - the modern and innovative solution for paying bills and other financial transactions. Zebra Pay customers can perform a variety of transactions, including paying utility bills, purchasing tickets for events and shows and much more.
Car wash
The car wash located in the underground parking of Supernova Bacău provides high-quality services for cleaning your car. This is a convenient option for customers who want to wash their car while shopping or relaxing in the shopping center. The car wash has professional cleaning products and equipment that guarantee impeccable results and proper care for your car.
